Samantha Harris shared that she likes to cook but she does not have the luxury of time to do so but she has learned a lot of quick recipes that she can use on her weight loss diet when she is on the go so she does not gave to starve herself. A lot of women are jealous of Samantha Harris ‘ arms and she laughs at the thought of it. “I think since I’ve had my daughter it’s been from carrying her around. Even though she’s now two she still wants Mommy to carry her constantly when I’m home, and I don’t turn her down because I want to be with her after having been at work all day.”
Samantha Harris shared that she is fond of doing weight exercise with free weights and actually takes fitness and weight loss classes when she has the time. She usually does repetition routines with three or five pound weights. Samantha Harris also does flat pull downs and flies as part of her weight loses programs.
